Boxing on all levels
Our Tuesday and Thursday training sessions will focus on improving your technique and combinations, as well as your overall endurance. Our Monday and Friday training sessions are for those who want to focus on certain techniques and train in a smaller group. A ring is also regularly set up on Fridays to improve your use of the ring.
Our training sessions are designed in such a way that both novice- and competitive boxers have the room to develop.
- Warming-up including joint mobility exercises and stretching
- Boxing-oriented cardio and endurance exercises
- Technical exercises and combinations
- Sparring (on the intensity you desire)
