This is the sign-up form to join the Pugilice sports-club. Before signing up, please read carefully the following:
- Please indicate which membership you are interested in. A half year membership costs €50, a full year membership costs €75.
- Memberships are automatically extended at the end of the year (31/08).
- By giving us your banking information you give us permission to subtract the subscription fee directly.
- We take data safety seriously and your details are safe and will not be shared with anyone.
- You will also receive important e-mails and updates from us once you have signed up, no spam.
- It is mandatory to have an ACLO Card. If you do not have one, please take look at https://www.aclosport.nl/.
- Please fill in your RUG or Hanze studentnummer carefully!
