We can finally box again! Yes for now the trainings are held outside (whether it is sunny 20 degrees celsius or a cold rainy evening) but for the rest it is business as usual. So that means in our boxing trainings we spar, lift weights, train reflexes, increase stamina and practice combo’s as we always did!
Are you not a member yet, and do you want to get a bit more active and/or meet new people now we slowly move out of lockdown? Everyone with an ACLO membership can join Pugilice all year around! Feel free to join us for a try-out training. Just send us an email through email@example.com and we’re happy to have you join us, have an impression of our association and help you remember what the feeling of muscle soar is! If you do not have any boxing experience yet, we highly recommend you to take the boxing course of the ACLO.
